Rules and Regulations
Game Times:
1. All games will consist of three 15 minute stop time periods.
2. Teams must be prepared to begin 15 minutes prior to their scheduled starting time.
3 There will be no overtime played in round robin play.
4. Overtime will be played in the semi-final and final games if needed.
5. Consecutive 5 minute sudden victory periods will be played starting with 4 skaters from each team, followed by 3 on 3, then 2 on 2 and then 1 on 1 until a goal is scored.
6. Overtime Rule:  Should a penalty be assessed in the 3 on 3 overtime, the non-offending team will place a fourth player on the ice.  After the expiration of the penalty, the offending player will return to the ice.  After the next whistle, the teams will return to 3 on 3.  A similar procedure will be followed for 2 on 2 and 1 on 1.

Teams:
1. Teams are asked to bring two sets of jerseys, one light and one dark.  The home team will wear the light coloured jerseys.
2. Teams must leave dressing rooms in the condition they are found in.
3. Please keep change room music to a reasonable level.

Registration:
All teams will register at the arena where their first game is played a minimum of one hour prior to their game.  At this time, teams will hand in their approved rosters and travel permits.

Tournament Rules:
1. Team standings will be based on the points earned in round robin play.
2. Group play standings are based on 4 points for a win, 2 points for a tie, and one point for a shut out victory.
3. Top four seeded teams overall will play in the semi-finals.

Tie Breaking Formula:
1. The team with the most wins.
2. Winner of the games between the two teams (two way tie only).
3. Goals for plus goals against divided into goals against (highest quotient advances).
4. Teams with the fewest goals against
5. Teams with the most goals for.
6. Team with the fewest penalty minutes.

O.M.H.A. rules apply.
NO PROTEST - referee's decision is final.
No additions to roster after registration.
